Sites are level, and most are wooded. Had 30 amp electric and water. No sewer. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. There's a restaurant and bar (beer only) on the property, and they have live music on the weekends. The band stops at 12 a.m., and then there are folks making noise til later, so be prepared for that. It didn't bother us. This is an outfitter that runs raft trips down the Ocoee river. Our guide was terrific! Took great care of us, and we enjoyed it very much. I would definitely stay here again.
