Stopped by here for just one night Awesome campground and friendly staff Wish we could’ve stayed longer But felt that they needed 5 stars for sure

Great Campground

We stay @ twin bridges a few times a year. Always a great time. Very family oriented with a nice creek.

Just stayed here for a long weekend. First time here. Nice family business. New fixtures in the bath houses. Laundry facility, game room, play equipment. Honeypot services and wood delivery to your site if you wish. The stream to wade in or float down was a nice extra. Also events on many weekends that are family oriented

Nice

Stopped for a night. This place is huge, but we’ll maintained. There were tons of people. They rent golf carts and electric bikes. Has large pavilion. Some shady sites some in full sun. Didn’t use any facilities. Would recommend.

Great Place!!!!

We have stayed here twice. If you have kids, it's great on one side of the river with playground, etc. If you want peace and quiet, across the river is perfect! Under a grove of trees and grassy grounds is beautiful peace and quiet for us older folks. Judge for yourself. We love it there.

Nice And Clean Site.

Big place with a mixture of large and small, sunny and shady sites. My kids liked playing in the stream and new play park. It doesn't yet have a laundry (July 2019) and the new showers are clean but difficult to use. They have a push button operation which requires a really strong push and the water stops immediately after you stop pushing. Ok for adults but it makes it almost impossible to shower kids. Add a laundry and fix the showers and this would be a great site.

Off The Beaten path

An hour outside of Gettysburg, we came on for a quick layover on our way across country. Easy to access, nice grounds, well kept. Our site didn’t have sewer, but did have electricity and water, so for an overnight stay, not an issue. If happened to be coming back this way, I would stop in for a stay.

Last night for a 3 day stay. This place is great. No problem with the wifi. If you need fire wood you can pick it up yourself or they will bring it to you. It's the same with propane if your out just call them they will come pick up the tanks and fill them up for you. There is nothing to complain about at this campground. Owners are the nicest people. Rates are great.

Very nice campground. Stayed through holiday weekend. No problems. They have wifi, but good luck getting it. Nice owners.

Great Spot

My family and I love to come to this campsite several times a year when the stream is low. Not often very pack which gives you more privacy then they have set up. The customer care is fantastic and really enjoyed our stay everytime we come. Will be back probably within next couple weeks!!

BNLAZY

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Accepting us on last minute and a weekend. It’s off the beaten path but accessible, just watch out for LOW CLEARANCE bridges in town. We detoured around them. There had been some rain earlier in the week, I was a little cautious about our rig on the grass, but no problem at all. Gettysburg was only a short drive, wish we could have stayed longer. With that, we will be back.

Quiet Country Setting

Only stayed 1 nite. Owner was friendly and accommodating for our last minute reservation. Way off the beaten path thru a historical town and into the country next to a pretty stream. Our site was in a grassy field. Needed a pull thru. Very no frills & basic. Small, dated playground that needs replacing. Mini golf course pay to play. New owners hopefully will make much needed improvements. Plus side safe & pretty. Creek/stream sites were nicest.

We stayed here for a local softball tournament. Very convenient location to Chambersburg. Staff was very friendly. Let us check out late on Sunday as we didn’t know how long the tournament would last. Facilities are clean. There are no full hookups, but the price reflects that. I would recommend to those who want to get away to a nice and quiet country setting.
