Nice Camping
2023 Price $50 We camped here 2 nights and found it a very nice place to camp. Our site was a back-in with great space. We could have paid more for a drive through but opted not. Price was about $40 per night with cable and internet. They have a large camper storage area that others must have opted not to tow their camper. I don’t know the price of storage but it was quite full. This is a good choice for camping a night or a month.

No Worth The Price/very poor Management
We arrived at 1:00 pm, pulled in front of the office open sign on, stopped at stop sign, went to check in the door was locked sign says out to lunch be back in an hour. WHAT, you saw me pull up, opened the door took our name and payment and sent us to our site. It was lunchtime. Went to our site, someone was in it, remember it’s lunchtime so I didn’t know what to do. The guy in our spot comes out and says, yeah, I was supposed to move today, but the guy moving me got too drunk and can’t move me until 2 PM. So my husband said perfect we’ll just take the spot you’re going to and when we leave you can get in that spot. No nope can’t do that. We just have to wait for him to move, remember, it’s still lunchtime in the office managers at lunch we have no choice but just wait.. The ground keeper manager came out of his trailer and said sorry I can’t do anything about moving sites, you will just have to wait.

Overnight Stay
Friendly staff. Very spacious sites. Dog park. Clean amenities. Not from from I-10. I would stay again to visit the town of Mesilla, which is about a mile or so from the park. It’s an old western town with a lot of character.

Comfortable
We stayed for two nights this week so that I could work. I’m happy to report the internet signal was strong. Patty was very friendly and vigilant about disinfecting due to Covid 19. We didn’t use any of the facilities. The pull throughs we’re spacious with a little tile grass at each site. We would stay here again.

Best Park I've Stayed In!
I absolutely love this place! Quiet, clean and the staff is amazing. The bathrooms and showers are immaculate. We're here until May and might consider staying even longer! Oh and the view of the mountains is great!

Stayed A Week
As a new RVer I wasn't sure what to expect from an RV park. Although they gave me a back in spot near the Family Dollar and the trash truck came very early in the morning, I can't say enough good things about the people at this park. The ladies in the office were excited to be on my maiden voyage. They gave me places to see, things to do and introduced me to other campers. Their handyman helped me with a small repair project. Going what I now know is above and beyond!

Nice Park, Convenient Location.
Stayed four nights. Quiet, well maintained park. One can walk to restaurants or even downtown if ambitious. Area surrounding it is somewhat industrial, but don't let that scare you. I would return.

Nice But Not If You Use The Bathrooms
Nice place, clean with trees but bathrooms need an overhaul. Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t use their facilities.

Roomy
We came here in a 45' 5th wheel for a week's stay. We had no issues entering the park and setting up at our site as there is plenty of room to maneuver. Lots of trees and all sites are spacious and have mowed lawns. Although the park is in town, it's amazingly quiet. We will stay again if we're back in the area.

Amazing
Can’t say enough of how amazing this park is... quiet, clean, spacious, dog friendly & mowed!! Never have I been some where full timers spot look so nice. Or haven’t had to dodge people not picking up after their dog.

Very very helpful staff helped us find the park during the road construction. Lady even wanted to take our trash to the dumpster the next morning. Only stayed over night but will be back to explore this area of NM.

Good Stop In Older City Area
Spent 1 nite with good sam discount $36. Most of the treed shady and green sites were taken by rigs that look like fulltimers. Sites aa, bb are full gravel, no trees or grass along west fence. BB very basic but level site. Relatively quiet...could hear train in distance. We use a white noise machine on travel and it usually nulls out city noise. There is heavy construction traffic on No. Valley Drive with a temporary entrance into the rv park. Looks like they are widening road to a 4 lane. We are not towing a car this trip but turn into park might prove challenging with car in tow.

Great For A Stopover Or Longer
We stayed here because of recommendations on this app. It lived up to what others have said. Wide roads and reasonably large sites. Clean shower/washroom building and a laundromat. We were in #24 which was an end site with 2 large shade trees that really helped with the 100+ temp. CAUTION There is road construction on Valley drive and you can't turn across from the north bound lanes so you need to plan out your route to make sure you are heading south (so the park is on your right) looks like it will be like rhis most of the summer. We stayed in a 36' MH w/tow. $40/n but with GS it takes it down to $36

Wow
After spending the last four months in Arizona RV parks, this park was a welcomed site with trees, and grass by almost all the slots. We had a great pull through- #59 slot. Paved area with picnic table and lots of grass and trees. Widest roads we've ever seen within an RV park. Check-in person was super sweet and gave us helpful info on the best places to dine and visit. Laundry and bathroom facilities were very clean.

Typical RV Park, crowded sites, but we’ll maintained, friendly and very clean. There is a lot of traffic noise that is endless.

I have nothing bad to say about this park. Easy access off I 10 exit 139 with good signage. Very friendly staff with nice large pull through sites. Didn't need to disconnect tow car. Excellent cable and wi fi. Connecting to services was very easy. Planned on staying 1 night and ended up with 3 nights. Have a pickle ball court at the RV park and a very active community center with 6 indoor courts for all abilities nearby. Local shopping mall and lots of good southwest food. Sorry we couldn't stay longer but had previous plans to move on to Yuma.

Perfect Location
You can tell these folks take pride in there resort. Grounds are clean, hookups well maintained, ground level. Great location. Close enough to everything but far enough away from the noise. When traveling through, will stop in again.

Nice...
Driving through Texas and NM, looking at the possible places to stay, was a bit disconcerting. Many of the places I wouldn't leave a stray dog. The reviews were good ones and I am thankful for those. The woman in the office was very nice and set us up with a very nice space for the night. It had a ton of green space for me to run the dogs plus there is a good size dog "park". Sites are easy to get into and the roads are good. There is propane available and it is relatively close to restaurants. We did not bring a toad this trip as we weren't going to stay in one place very long. If you have a vehicle, no worries, there would be many places to go. My only warning is, mapquest has you doing a U'y and it isn't necessary, there is an opening to enter. We are in a 40' motorhome.
