Old Camper.

Our last visit was the fall of 1966 camping in our new VW van that I had converted to a camper. Loved the camping then and from the recent comments it hasn't changed much. A good thing. I remember how icy cold the lake was and carrying buckets of water to our site from a central hand pump. The camp ground roads were dirt back then as I recall. Still want to get back to those days.

Very Nice

We were here in September, pleased to see very few other campers. Sites were spacious and level. Water available at central location, not at each site. No electric or dump station. There’s a very nice beach as well as a boat ramp. Clean with heavily wooded sites. Host on site, as well as a marked hiking trail. We liked it very much.

Great Campsite!

45 sites, most are spacious and comfortable. Hosts were pleasant, vault toilets were clean and well maintained. No shower or electric. Perfect for rustic/tent camping. Lake is warm and clean. Great place to relax.

USFS campground

Heavily forested; sites are well separated on the backside of the loop; a little closer on the front by the lake. Water stations available, no power provided. Clean, well-maintained (non-smelly in July) vault toilets. Hosts on site. Fire ring & picnic table on site. Did not see a dump station in the park.
