Located in the middle of the Hiawatha national Forest Eastern section in the upper peninsula of Michigan. This campground has only 10 sites all rustic all first come first serve. The three lakes are small with no fish. The sites are huge and spread out, not much to do around this campground, but it is extremely quiet and remote. No bugs in September 2024. Locals said it’s been extremely dry for a while, including last winter.
This is a national forest Campground, with a senior pass, cost me $8 dollars.

Small Lake
Some sites are on the lake. Very small, rustic campground. Mosquitoes were abundant. Two bars LTE service. Nice separation between sites. Good for any size camping rig/gear
