Stayed A Week!
Beautiful campground and great fishing lake. Bring your own bait and lures. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will be back.

The Good: A very pretty, green, lush park. Tons of tent spaces (restrooms and showers available). There are only four 30amp RV spaces, and a few more 20amp spaces (regular extension cord plug-ins if you don’t need much power or an A/C). There are numerous trails that lead to the various park cabins in the woods, the lake, river, etc. A beautiful park. We stayed early May 2018 and were glad for our air conditioning.
Not so good: For trailers, there is NO sewer hook-ups or dumping station. The office/cafe never opened. We saw no staff (pay by honor-box cash/check). To pay by card, you call the number on the bulletin board and pay that way. There was bagged ice available (pay by honor-box) and reasonably priced. Fire wood was never stocked, but go find your own while hiking the trails.
The meh: As of February 2018, Linda no longer owns this park. It is managed by a lady named Katie from her home in Florida, it seems. No wonder we saw no staff around the park.
Regardless, A++ park
