Truly Awful

We could not believe how bad this place was. First of all it’s quite a ways off the road. Long time campers have even gone so much as to build false roofs over their old worn out motorhomes. Sheds and makeshift sheds or storage facilities are everywhere, cheesy lights ragtag decks and a multitude of vehicles on every site. The place is huge and only one worn out bath house for the whole place. We will never come back. $50 a night to stay in shanty town. We will never stay here again.

Stayed for Labor Day weekend. These people pull out all the stops. Not just the kids had fun, but we did too. T-shirt painting, candy bingo, hay rides, live band/dance, karaoke, fireworks, adult bingo to name a few. Seasonal people welcoming to us “weekenders” and made sure we knew of all the activities and went out of their way to make sure we knew of all the activities offered. Can see new improvements since the last time we stayed here.....new playground, fresh gravel on campsites, new picnic tables and shelters. Will stay here yet again without a question. The people and their hospitality is what makes this place special.

Overnight stay

Campground has potential and the staff was nice. FULL OF SEASONALS, but they don’t all look well-kept. Seasonal sites take up the whole front of the campground and camping sites located in the back. When we arrived at the office, golf carts with inebriated (or on their way to being inebriated) people were flying around blasting and singing loud music. Gave us (31ft with three slides) a very tight site. We had to go to the office again to get a new site. The second site was just a tad bit better than the first and we ended up parking crooked and unlevel for the night. Would not stay here again.

Nice campground. Large sites and full hookups. One bath house. Great playground and beach area. Would stay here again. Staff very friendly.

Fun!

We have camped here several times. The kids always have a great time. Love the social Neighbors all the activities, the band and bingo! Spent a little too long on the lake this 4th of July but had a great time :)

Camping

Pretty good time! Spacious sites! Lot of stuff for the kids to do!!

Indian Springs

Was a great and fun place to camp with my dad... would highly recommend it to a friend.
