Great place to stay. Had reservations at another campground that was terrible. More a trailer park than RV park. Finally found Ark River Rim. Jeff is the friendliest person I believe I’ve ever met. Campground is clean and well maintained. Great campground if u have satellite dish. Beautiful view of Princeton Peak. Right on the river, short walk from your camper. I give it 4.5 stars only because the Wi-Fi is weak.

Nice & Convenient

Was a great place to spend a few days and venture around the area. The host was very helpful. We got a shady spot which helped sheild us from the sun. close to Hwy 24 and as you can expect, there is road noise, but the easy access to the Arkansas River was great! No problem for big rigs to manuever around. We had a 40ft motorhome with jeep in tow. No problem!

Nice Place

We arrived on a Friday afternoon and the owner escorted us to our site and even helped me get backed into the site....I never have had that before. Very friendly guy and a Workamper (also very friendly)got us a picnic table and fire ring. The area is beautiful. The Collegiate Mountain Range is across the highway and the Arkansas River is behind the campground down a short trail. I caught 2 browns trout in 15 minutes! We didn't use any of the bathrooms or showers, so I can't comment on that. They have ice and firewood if you need it. Buena Vista is 5 minutes away for anything else. Our site was a little small but was still easy to get into. I will definitely be back and wish we could stay longer to explore more. $37 per night FHU, absolutely worth it.

I stayed here for a month in 2016. The owners take good care of the grounds. It was beautiful to see the sun rise on the divide every morning or to sit by the river watching rafters go by.

I found the park to be clean. The owners were friendly and caring. It is surrounded by mountains with the Arkansas river nestled right below the park.just a good place to put your feet up for a while.

Bad Attitude

All I ask wad if he had another site along the backside away from Hwy 24. That question sent him into a tail spin. He started telling me about another woman he was arguing with about the noise from Hwy 24. He was so obnoxious about it we decided to only stay one night and moved down the street to Snowy Peaks. This guy will run this business into the ground.
