Beautiful views, spacious sites. Only stayed one night and did not use facilities so I cannot comment. Only negative is road noise.

Don't Judge A Book By Its Cover

Older park with dirt roads, gravel sites and a few mobile homes. That said, all the parks in this area are dirt/gravel. Large sites, esp compared to others, concrete porches, picnic tables, full hook ups, great laid back owners. Super peaceful and quiet park. We would definitely stay again.

Sweet little park...

Nothing fancy, but everything is in order for an older park. Cute sites. Very nice owners. Sweet older couple who are selling the park and retiring. Great for an overnight in the Arkansas River valley with some nice views of the Collegiate Range. (14,000 ft. peaks) We stayed in a 22ft. travel trailer. Not cheap but reasonable on tourist season.

Lovely park with spacious sites. Very nice and accommodating host. Shower/toilet units are nice private units with ample space for bathroom activities. Washer and dryer take 4 quarters - very inexpensive.

Beautiful views of mountains! Hosts were very gracious. Showers/toilets, laundry all very clean. Very convenient to town. Will return.
