Cute And Great Location
Quaint little park with a creek and lots of trees! 1 mile from downtown. Perfect! Doesn’t have WiFi, laundry, etc... but, very comfortable if you don’t care about those things. Enjoyed so much, we stayed an extra night! FYI-Cash only for short term stays.

This was a terrific, quiet place to stay. We could walk and bike to town easily. Lots of wildlife wander through which was fun...deer, quail, javelinas. Would definitely stay again.

Loved Our Stay
We loved our stay at Pine Lawn. People were friendly and the area pleasent for walking our dog. You do need to be over 55 years of age but it is quite and peaceful for being in the middle of Prescott. I give it 5 stars.

Not Over 55
I guess my money isn’t as green a 55 and over? How is this even legal? If I was to have a 55 and under park I would get sued!

Only 55+
FYI...this is a 55+ only park. It looks pretty with large trees.

Good Option For Prescott
After some advance research we found there are no options for RV Parks in Prescott. Only Pine Lawn. Pine Lawn like you see in other reviews is mostly an full-timers Park with 50% or more mobile homes. This is true but there are a number of RV spaces too. There are no other parks in the area or set in this forested well shaded area of Prescott. It is cash only for short stay Rvers. Management is cordial and was willing to bend on price for longer stays such as a week. I actually highly recommend this park if you can find a site. Warning though, there are no typical RV park amenities. There is a laundromat a short block away and is very clean. The parks is under a mile to downtown Whiskey Row restaurants. Very good! If you're coming to Prescott this is the place to stay. I was able to park my 27 foot Motorhome ok. Most spaces are large enough for most RVs. But again, there are only a limited number of spaces. Good place for a fifth wheel if you waned to stay for weeks to months.
