Needs help!

This is a lovely Free area in between Flag and Phx. However, the one mile road to the second trail head is virtually impassable because of thorn branches and the road needing to be scraped. There are three CG sites at the end and the washouts where it bottlenecks makes them useless. I stayed for two nights I the large area against the garbage riddled edge. It is unimaginable why people would smash bottles and leave household trash in an area that is so beautiful. There are many tissues and stray paper towels at the edge of bushes, meaning people are using this as an open toilet instead of using the pit toilet driving five miles to the rest area. People complain when public spaces privileges are taken away, yet they do not practice any prevention. What is wrong with you America? Have you no pride?
