Peace And Quiet
I pulled in around 11 A.M. and it was one of the most relaxing atmospheres I’ve seen in a while. I was able to just relax and enjoy the quiet for 2 days. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left the staff was wonderful and I loved the club house.
Excellent showers and very clean park.
I just want to tell them thank you for being so awesome.
This will be my next week stay for sure. I think the value is way greater than the price here.
Thank You.

Disappointed
Called and we were told only site left was a Premier Site $70 a night and no discounts because it was Premier. Arrived and at checkin was advised to be careful of the table at the site. The Premier site had a glass patio table and 4 chairs …. Table was broken and dangerous! They should have replaced it or removed it put a picnic table like the other sites and charged the regular rate.

Rambling Randy
Clean, pleasant feeling. My site was a squeeze. I could reach out of my window and touch the truck next to me. It's a long walk to dump the trash. Laundry room was only big enough for one at a time. I would only come back if I didn't have a choice. Looking around, most sites have more room. This is not what I would call a " Resort", it's an rv park.

Family Friendly
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here as the staff and long stay residents were friendly. Highly suggest staying for the cooler parts of the year plus you can drive to Sedona, Grand Canyon, and Phoenix and trust that your rig will be secure.

Prestine
Very nice place, clean and friendly, nice walking trails and a lot of birdwatching or photographing. Great for four wheeling.

Mini Resort
After staying in a 800+ site resort with multiple pools, hot tubs and numerous amenities, this place is a little short on the word resort. I’d give it a score of 4. Bathrooms were ok, site barely fit my 37’ ft 5th wheel, ok for a night.

Black Canyon RV Park
Just spent 3 days here. Great hosts. Quiet park. Had decent shade. Restrooms clean and nice, hot showers. Did not use laundry, pool or hot tub. Beautiful sunsets at night and lovely breezes during the day. Wifi decent. Would stay here again.

Not Big Rig Friendly!!!
Roads are very narrow. NOT big rig friendly. Management keeps the park looking good but could not care less if people have a hard time getting into their sites. They offer no escort or help getting into sites. A customer came in and could not get into his site properly. His rigs right rear wheel and stabilizers were on the concrete patio. Management came by and shortly after the folks left the park. Will not be coming back and will warn any friends to stay away. Good Sam 10/10/10 rating I don’t think so!!!

Nice
A good park a little ways off of i17 away from the highway noise and just 45 miles to downtown Phoenix. Has a very nice heated pool and hot tub. Sites were gravel and level. Many perm residents here but well kept and not junky. Gate to park is closed at night to keep roaming donkeys and free range cattle out - easily slides open to come in and out as needed. Stayed here twice - on our way to and from the Grand Canyon. PA rate was $22.50 per night. Would stay again for sure.

Oasis
Stayed April 10 to 21 2017. Rate was $220 /week. Very satisfied, super clean washrooms, pool, hottub and laundry area. Full time tenants are super friendly. Apparently the snowbirds had just left so park was 1/3 full. Very quiet and very safe. Nice little restaurant next door and gas station, dollar store and Rod's supermarket all within walking distance. Very nice pool table and games room too attached to office. Ladies room has a complimentary hair blower, makeup mirror and samplers of shampoo conditioner and lotion, NICE TOUCH! BBQ in pool area were very handy as we did not have charcoal our first night. Palm trees by the pool makes it feel tropical. Definitely recommend! We were 4 adults, 2 in our 50s and 2 in our 20s.

OK For A One Nighter
Over nighters do not get good sites. No trees. Hot but clean park. No dog run. Great pies are 1/4 mile away. Clean and well kept bathrooms.
