Beautiful

This is a family owned park and is beautiful in every way. They are so friendly and happy. I will continue to visit here every time I head to Black Canyon City.

Snow birds, our 3rd winter here. Love it. It's quiet with trees and room to park next to your RV and sit out side. The spots are level gravel. Owners are great, live on site and will help you any way they can. Black Canyon City is small, has a grocery store and Anthem is only 14 miles with all the major grocery stores, and the most impressive Veterans monument I have seen in our travels. If you are self contained, and looking for a quiet spot, call Rivers Edge.

Oasis

Lots of mature and young trees which was nice since it's in the desert. Pleasant View of mountains all around. Very large spaces between units! Nice and quiet.

The Best Little Place

Called at 420 and was in my spot by 530. Owners are very nice. Green and quiet. No time for trails this trip but stores are close and some food. Priced right. Will be back.

Excellent

Excellent value and location. We pulled in mid-afternoon with no reservation. Owner met us at the gate and led us to a spot. Super friendly. No bathrooms or showers, but the clubhouse is awesome. Large couches, big TV, pool table, piano. Unfortunately the breakfast spot down the block that other reviewers mentioned is now closed. It was in the process of being converted into a new restaurant when we were there. For history buffs, there is an 1872 Wells Fargo stage stop on the property. Way cool.

A Desert Oasis

Beautiful green space, friendly and laid back, owners are truly wonderful people who take excellent care of the property and of their guests. We have great satellite reception with Directv, good strong AT&T signal (Verizon is good, too). Unlike many other places in the desert southwest where water is aweful and tends to taste swampy, the water is good here! Pet friendly. Easy access to offroad trails for ATV’s, walking trails, etc. We love it here and hope to spend more time here!

Very clean,pretty, quiet little place. The owners are super nice and welcoming.

Rivers Edge

Nice quiet place. Plenty of off road trails. Good steak house and the World famous pie shop. Just watch for flash floods.
