Don't bother

It's primarily an age 55+ manufactured home community. No RV's over 10y/o. It's clear they don't want certain types of people here as evidenced by the rules and brief conversations with residents. A veritable paradise for the right-wing culture warrior with a bone to pick. If this is the best the area has to offer, heaven help us. Most of the rv spaces are long term residents. They put short term rv travelers on a little gravel spit near the entrance. No shade. Its like living in a fish bowl with constant traffic on 2 sides. Unfortunately there are very few rv parks in the region.

Best Spot In Area

Great staff, clean and spacious sites. Mostly full timer residents, but good number of travelers. Some restrictions due to the COVID scam, but we stayed 8 nights. Close to everything the area has to offer. Would stay again without question.

Bad Attitude

Nice park but everyone was very short and really put off that we were there. Very large area probably 99% full-timers and four or five spots for one or two nighters. They treat the people that come in for only one night or two nights like the plague. Probably the nicest Campground in Prescott Valley but I will not go back.

Nice Park

We stayed there 3 nights and were very happy with the management as well as the park. I think it is the best park in the area but they are very limited in the number of short term sites! The vast majority of the park is occupied by "yearly residents". That is not to take away from how nice a place it is but don't be mis-lead by the number of sights! The place is very clean and inviting. According to the front desk they are adding a large number of sights which may make it easier for short term stays.

Very Nice

Probably the nicest camping in the Prescott area. Spots are spacious and has various ammenities. People are very friendly and It is within striking distance of everything in the area. We stayed in site #2 (1 throug 8) which can be a bit noisy due to all the traffic for the camping driving by but is not a problem for other sites. We enjoyed our 2 week stay here and would definitely stay here again.
