Nice Pool
This is an OK park if you are looking for lots of amenities, and activities. It is a little crowded for our taste. The pool is awesome and heated. Restaurant at the marina is also great. However reported Monday morning that our sewer was completely plugged. Went running around that day when we came back we discovered they had done nothing about it. Called the night number and he was out and had it unplugged in a jiffy. But it should have been done during the day. If we come again we will try the dry camping area overlooking the lake that has access to water and sewer dump, and for 10$ gives you access to shower, laundry and pool.

Camping
So u have T1-70s I believe take your outside table. U can do tents in these spouts. But u have one table that they provide but it there in mild of 8 campsite to share. So if u want your own take owe own. Also if u want your own fire take your own fire ring. Also when we got there had pick up trash from people before us.

It's not the place if you want to play in the lake. Pretty much no access unless you have a boat. Outside of the standard RV hookup sites it is a giant dirt field for dry camping. Great if you have A TV but horrible if not. There is a nice country park on the other side of the lake that is way better.

Busy, Loud, Dust Lots
We stayed both weekday and part of the weekend. Very busy park with most all long term tenants, backs up to public dry camping area that is next to the lake. You can not see the lake from the rv park FYI. Also come Friday be ready for the dry camping area to be packed with loud, fast driving vehicles and atv’s at all hours. Since outside the rv park they come and go at all hours, which makes for no sleep on the weekends at the rv park, especially in the pull thru lots since the all face the dry camping areas. Site size isnt truly accurate as they have trees situated that limit slide out and awning accessibility. Also the service hook ups are not all on the same side for all lots. Lots of outside junk from the long term residents. Security is a nice feature for safety. Limited grass for dogs and one park WAY in the back. Lots of kids running around as well. Not for us, but nice for young atv/boat crowd that likes a lot of people.

If I had a boat or ATV this would be a 5 star place, but I don't.
When we arrived, due to recent monsoon there was no water or electricity. Thankfully we were allowed to use our generator. There were some other issues but not worth a lesser rating. The pool wasn't up and running either and it was in the 100's (of course it is July) but would have been nice to swim. I can see why this is more of a weekend getaway as well the rest of the year.
Laundry was clean, cool & affordable. The camp store was not too overpriced. The staff was pleasant and kept a good attitude in spite of the challenges from the storm. Glad we missed the rain and wind but was a tiny dissapointed in the lack of services for this hot summer season. Would recommend staying though.

Love Camping
We have been there a couple of times and it is great. Friday nights even better with the movies and food trucks. The charge for dogs are understandable because stupid people who do not cleanup after the pets. They have to pay someone to clean up after them. Love the Web sight reservations gives you choice of sight and maps. Good people at the desk always friendly. And if you do not feel like walking the half mile to the lake they provide a free shuttle golf cart will drive you anywhere in the park. Thanksgiving is great no problems with a turkey fryer. Just remember to be safe and do your research before going somewhere. Met some of the long timers and they are good people Halloween is a great time to visit. Dillons holds a great night out with a band and all.

NEVER COMING BACK
We had some car problems and were late arriving on Thanksgiving eve. The guard at the gate checked us in, had our check-in and check-out information, but handed us no information other than to drive to the club house, where we were met by harbor patrol, who sent someone to help us find our spot. That was it. No map. No calendar of events. Nothing. We spent Thanksgiving day eating cold cuts and unsuccessfully looking for the lake that turned out to be about a mile away from where we were parked. They did call the day after Thanksgiving to have us pay. That they were able to do. The receptionist, when we explained what had happened, didn't give a flying hoot, but she seemed to have a good supply of the resort information packets she told us they had probably run out of when arrived, & even had the presence of mind to charge us for the dog. But, it gets better! We asked where the lake was, & she said we had to call for a shuttle. We called & were told they were on their way. 20 minutes!

Good Resort
Nice place. Wifi is not the greatest but the rest of the resort is great.
Charges extra if you have dogs but not bad. Would come back again
