Not Again
Booked this as a trip from Yellowstone through Tetons on our way back home. Place is average, but at $170 a night, not worth it. Traffic is outrageous and all things very expensive. I’m not a cheapskate, but there’s a point where it just gets absurd. Will skip Jackson from here on out.

Sketchy Folks In Adjoining Motel
So...EVERY place in Jackson and Jackson Hole is expensive..this place was no exception. Campers were all very nice however the clientele of the attached Motel made me feel a little uneasy...a very different group of folks from the campers. This location, however was close to access some great bike trails and an easy enough bike ride to town. I don’t know if any other camp sites in the area offer more for the same amount of money but really..$100 a night for a camp site next to some questionable folks...not quite what I imagined.

Stayed for a couple nights in July...agree it’s a bit expensive but what do you expect in Jackson in Summer! Good facilities and services. Recommend if staying in town.

Worked For Us
I suppose it might be pricey for a space but your basically in town with a clean pool and a lounge. Spaces were how you might expect in a resort town where real estate is expensive. They were tight, but not unmanageably so. Your paying for a great location in town and if that isn’t your jam you might want to stay out of town like at the koa down on the river. We wanted to ride our bikes i to town and to snow king for summer fun so it worked great for us. And the staff was great.

Average But Convenient
Yes it’s expensive ($110) but you are so close to town. Jackson Hole is a tourist trap now with traffic & costly everything! The RV part is average.

Great Downtown Jackson Location
This was not a fancy place but was in a great location close to town. We stayed for 2 nights and then ended up booking an extra night. Staff was super friendly. Laundry room was clean. Can't comment on bathroom or showers because I didn't use them. Would definitely stay here again.

Are You Kidding Me!?
Rather than drop prices and fill park, they keep it at over a $100 a night and the park was empty....and this is in the off season of October.

Overpriced for what you get. Wi-go terrible and cable tv poor. Just a parking lot in town

Pricey And Tight But Friendly
Friendly staff and we booked last minute in July so we were lucky to get a spot but man talk about pricey! I realize it’s summer I’m Jackson but dang. Supply and demand at its highest. Also we checked out the next day and they said we didn’t pay which I gave my card information over the phone. First time that happened but we did have late Check in and they left our map on the bulletin board with our name on it. Close to everything and only park in town so it is what it is. Plus they gave us a discount ( still over 100$)

Awesome staff... thank you Mr. Bear for helping us find a spot!!! We absolutely loved this place... Location is everything and this was perfect!!! So close to rafting shop, rodeo, restaurants, stores, etc. Free coffee in am was extra nice! Thank you!!! Loved our stay in Jackson Hole!

Only Space In Town
Location, location, location. Walked to downtown Jackson (1 mile) or take free shuttle. Level gravel sites, grass area with picnic table. Tight corners but doable. Rows of rigs 15/20 ft apart. $99 a night so big turn over. Hosts super nice. One of the few times I expected the wifi to work...but not even close.

Great Experience June 2018
We were greeted by friendly staff right at our RV door when we pulled in. Then went to our site and later registered. Provided local maps of the area. Free shuttle to Jackson hole within a mile. Clean campsite. Typicall private RV line up, with full hook up, grassy, trees and table. Nightly security patrol. Pool, hot tub, restaurant and saloon with alcohol to go as well. I would stay again, and will.

Not Worth The Cost
Overpriced and rude staff. Won't return and don't recommend.

Very expensive. Cramped spaces. Quiet at night. Pool and hot tub shared with hotel and crowded. Within walking distance of downtown or the free in town bus stop.

Great Location- Little Cramped
Agree with others that the staff was not as friendly as I would have hoped. Nice grassy area and lots of stuff close.

Expensive, Poor Facilities, & Rude
As other reviewers said, this place is expensive and has substandard showers (very small with only curtains & paper towel stuffed in the hole where the lock used to be on the men's bathroom). The staff was also very rude to my wife when she asked about parking a tow vehicle in our spot (there was plenty of room). Other spots had them, but she was told we would have to pay full price for another spot if we wanted to park it. When she mentioned the other vehicles, the response was "Really?" Not only will we never stay here again, it discouraged us from ever visiting Jackson again.

Tourist
Bring a extra credit card. I guess it is Jackson but for the rate can't help feeling taken advantage of!!

Convenient to town but WAY OVERPRICED. Showers/bathrooms sub-standard. I've seen a lot better at resorts that cost less than 1/2 the price of this one.

Great But Spendy
Really nice,in town so close to bike trails and walking. TIGHT corners for bigger rigs. The only RV park around so it's really high prices. Not sure if that's worth it.

Trailer Camping
They are the only RV park in town and they know it so they charge very high rates. Watch out, tight corners.
