We found this park clean and well kept. Private bathroom/ showers were nice. We had the site right by the river so enjoyed that. Nice hiking across the street. Long drive to Yellowstone but beautiful scenery so worth it. I’d definitely stay again.

Very Happy
Everything is so well kept. Tons of amenities. Full hookups, laundry, clean bathrooms, pool (although closed for our time there), hot tub, restaurant. Owner was very nice. A little pricey but very much enjoyed our stay. Oh!!! Try to make your full reservation at once, if you add day by day you get charged $5 per reservation for a reservation fee. We wanted to play our Yellowstone stay by ear so we didn't like that!

Best Around
We stayed here nearly two weeks during August of 2020 and though it is expensive, our stay couldn’t have been better. Close to Cody and about the closest campground there is to the East Gate at Yellowstone. The entire area is gravel but so are 99% of the campgrounds in the country. Sites are level, no “permanent” campers, very quiet and great views in every direction. Can’t wait to go back.

Great place
We spent three nights in our 35’ RV here with a family of six. Staff is super friendly and helpful, facilities are clean, convenient to parks. The breakfast is great too! The views from this place are spectacular.

Not cheap but awesome place. 3 days of driving to arrive at Yellowstone...last stop before we ventured through the park. Enjoyed the bar restaurant, great service. Nice view of the landscape. Great place to kick back and relax after a 25 hour trip.

Disappointed. Should have trusted the ratings. Good Sam should be ashamed of themselves. No delineation between the sites and it's basically a gravel parking lot.

All gravel lot, no trees. Bathrooms semi clean. Many showers had no hot water. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Long Stay Turned Into Short Stay
We were excited to stay for eleven days and enjoy the beautiful mountains all around us, until the sewer smell that filled the air in the evening wouldn't allow us to be outside at all. After three days of the situation getting worse, we asked to move to a different location to get and was told that they did not have another spot for us. Fortunately, they offered us a refund for the remaining 8 days and we found a much better location 5 miles closer to Yellowstone for less money! Blessing in disguise!! YVI was $66 and Mountain View was $42.

Very EXPENSIVE
Gravel lot, spots close together. laundry with old machines, they do have outdoor pool and hot tub in a shed. Not a real play area just swings. Only good thing 30 miles from Yellowstone entrance. I guess that is how they get the high price.

Gravel parking lot. Had to leaved a day early due to a repair appointment, park charged me 60% for leaving, and the park wasn't full. That's why I now don't make reservations ahead.
