My family visited Rustic Timbers last fall for the Pumpkin Fest. Bathrooms/showers were clean and site was nice. I would just wish the management would enforce their rules on dogs. Dogs were supposed to be leashed. One dog wandered in and did his business on our site. Another was left outside to bark non stop. Even the owners old dog wandered on to our site while we were by the campfire. For most people this would not be a big deal but my son has autism and is afraid of dogs. It might as well have been a bear in his eyes. I don't blame the dogs, just their bad owners that management should come down on.

Rustic Timbers is living off previous owners reputation. Months ago we planned our July 4th vacation & was told they had pool, playground, carts. Perfect for our 2 boys & told that all is part of the camp fee, made reservations. SUPRISE - at check in told this wrong, playground costs $25 @ person for week. Paid the extra $50. Boys wanted a campfire, office says firewood is $10 for same size bundle we saw outside park for only $2.50! RIP OFF # 2!! We arrived home on Sunday & had to make a trip to our clinics urgent care as one of the boys now has POISON IVY from running through the underbrush at our campsite. New owners obviously do not care about the campers well being or they would take care the poison ivy and also not rip off and cheat their customers. ROT IN HELL Rustic Timbers!!!

This campground is under new ownership with the name of Rustic Timbers. The new owners are dedicated to providing a safe and fun filled camping experience for every camper. This beautiful campground offers something for every age; walking and biking tails, playground, swimming pool, water slide, ultra clean facilities, and much more. Campsites are shady and clean and the camp store has everything a camper needs that they forgot to bring. This is our home away from home.
