Lena was a great host and the sites are nice and level. The four roads in are a mix of paved and gravel. All of them are very narrow in places and it would be hard to negotiate with oncoming vehicles if you are a wide Rv or travel trailer. We have a large truck and pull a 25 ft camper and felt lucky to not come across an other vehicle on the narrow parts of the roads. The roads are in generally decent shape but I don’t recommend a fifth wheel or travel trailer unless small like a teardrop or pop up style. It’s doable but…. Tents, class B or teardrop/ pop ups would have no problems.

Nice Campground
You probably won't have a problem getting a site. It's out a long dirt road so it doesn't get as much traffic. Along this dirt road are free camp sites, not marked but you can tell where they are. Campers will have to park by the road but there's no traffic and is all wooded.
The campground itself is kind of on a hill so riding a bike would be a work out but parking was level.
Spruce knob was defiantly worth the 20 minute drive.
