This campground is off the beaten track, and while it doesn't offer extra amenities, it's a great place if you are looking for peace and quiet. A narrow gravel/dirt driveway leads into the campground, and large trailers and class A motorhomes have been able to traverse the drive. Campsites are flat with gravel, and they are long. Bathhouse is clean. Firewood is free. New owner is friendly and helpful. Stores and restaurants are nearby, and Elkins is a quaint city to visit. I plan to camp here again!

Poor WiFi, no internet connecting when we did get wife. Road into campground rough and narrow with low hanging branches that scrapped the top of rv. Large site but had to back up to weeds to reach power connection . Needed extra hose to connect to water. Full hookup does not include cable hook up. Creekside camp site, no view or access to Creek. Overgrown brush and weeds blocked creek. Very buggy due to tall grass, weeds and brush along back of campsites. Called in reservation and did not get a confirmation, called to check on reservation a week before and didn't have one because owner had misplaced our paperwork. They fit us in, but looked like they had plenty of empty spaces on a holiday weekend.

Mess
The downhill road to campground is dirt and rocks, barely made through in fifth wheel. Campground unkept, high grass and dog droppings. Sewer issues in rain, ponding with used toilet tissue on our sight contaminated all lines to trailer. Ponding throughout small campground. No cable, WiFi sketchy. It’s cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful
We explored the campground this weekend. This farm has an abundance of Beautiful scenery. It has Grill where the will fix you breakfast. Friendly owners and Camp Host. Dogs friendly. One river and one pond which can fish from. This should be your on list of campgrounds to call Home. Excited to be coming back for our Anniversary weekend.
