Campground Review

Chestnut Ridge Park and Campground, WV. Nice area, we hiked around some trails here and enjoyed the area. Exit 15 off I68 and a short drive to area. City park area was busy with a few groups- grad and birthday party-people fishing in the lakes. Campground area- fairly level, gravel, back in, WE sites. Showerhouse-took a nice hot shower! There's 1 other camper here here, $30-it was very quiet and a good wake up in the morning. AT&T signal 1 bar.

Great for overnight stays! Got to camp site off of I 68 using exit 15 using GPS Garmin. It was late arrival, so we were able pick up an overnight envelope for payment. We called ahead for a reservation a week before trip. It is heavily wooded, so it was dark at night. The map was to scale. It was a back in site (49.5) with only electric. You will need flashlights and/or lanterns to see at night. There was a picnic table and fire pit. We got a good nights rest to continue on our journey!

Great Campground!!

This campground is a very nice park!! Nice parks for kids, concerts on the weekends with Food trucks, we love it!!
