Nice owners, friendly staff, handy location. But sites close together parking lot style with few trees. Lots of full-timers. Not a campground.

Since we are beginners to the RV lifestyle, we are certainly glad we picked this place to stay for the winter. Every one here is so helpful and friendly. If we need anything, there has been someone always around to help out. We've been here going on 5 months. They have everything you really need. Our rig is not new, but in decent shape. Thanks everyone who has taken pity on us old Ladies.
