Go To The Diner!

Parking was packed with trucks but I managed to find a spot to squeeze in for the night. Gas fillup gets a good sam club discount, and let me tell you about the attached 24 hour diner. The omelette was alright, nothing special, but the pancake that came as a side was so big it was a meal of it's own, so I saved it for dinner. Even eating it COLD, it was the best dang pancake I've ever had. They must use cake batter or something to make them, because they are out of this world! Wish I could go back and enjoy one hot!
