Don’t Waste Time

Had a reservation was told there was a yard spot to get there and was told they don’t have a yard spot. Mind you I communicated with them during the week and morning of and was told yes to a yard spot. After talking to them they increased price and said they could give us a gravel spot for 795 the yard spot was originally 740. There are also so many fees included. They want you to pay a yard fee even if you don’t have a yard spot. After it all they from yes we have a yard spot for 740 to no we don’t have a yard spot back and can do gravel for 795 to oh yes we have a yard spot but the price would be 895 all in one conversation. Do not recommend. The fees Include : 100$ deposit (no refunds), yard fee, pet fee, electric billed separately, and rent. Rent is based off rv size. Bigger rv pays more. The location is not the best as there aren’t any stores close by it’s on a dead end road behind some factories in an industrial park and by a busy road on one side
