Great camping!
One of the best campgrounds I have been to. Wooded, quiet, large sites with lots of privacy. Bathrooms are older but clean. Small playground and wading pool for the kids. The hosts are nice and helpful. Close to Virginia Creeper Trail, Appalachian Trail, Grayson Highlands State Park, Damascus, but well off to itself. No cell phone coverage or WiFi (a plus). Bring cash or check- they can’t take credit cards.

Great Spot!
Stopped here for only a night and wished we could have stayed longer. Great area for hiking. Nice spots, surrounded by woods. Robert, the camp host was friendly and helpful. Will go back.

Nice
Another hidden gem in Southwest Virginia. This campground is remote, heavily wooded, and 2767835034 a nice place to spend the weekend with lots of trails and access to the high country. No cell phone service in this area.
