Unhappy Camper

Terrible water & electric problems. Doing construction & very noisey all day long. Spots are way to close together. Very grumpy manager!! Won't stop there ever again!!!!

Extended Stay

I stayed 5 months during a work contract. Staff is nice and helpful. Bathrooms are clean. Pool is great, although they open it to the public all but Saturday's and holidays. Dog park, petting zoo, ball field, play ground, sand pit volley ball, weight room, game room, hot tub available. There's a stables and trail rides are available. Laundry on site but that's the one thing I don't recommend using. Mostly quiet but can get rowdy on the weekends. Quiet time after 10pm is observed. I recommend a water filter on you rig. Didn't use the wifi but my Verizon mifi got decent reception although I heard that was spotty. The entrance to Shenandoah Nat'l Park isn't far away. Front Royal is a nice little town with lots of history and everything you would need. Only and hour or so from DC depending on the traffic. Would definitely stay there again.

Would recommend reservation for big rig. Had to pay extra fee for 50 Amp. Clean park and nice staff.
