Manager/owner Pam is very friendly and a lot of fun. All camp sites are grass. Tent sites are along the creek which is 10 feet away down a rocky bank. The camper sites are between those and a rock cliff face. Sites have water and electric, but no sewer. There is a convenient dump station. The bath house is old, but clean and functioning. The campgrounds are well kept. Trash cans are spaced around the grounds. The traffic noise from the nearby highway overpass annoyed my wife. The campgrounds are less than 5 minutes from Front Royal.

Nice quiet treed sites near creek. However shower and bathroom facilities are old and not maintained. Not sure it is worth the fee.
