Stop over

Quaint, great ice cream, friendly owners, the sites are right on top of each other so privacy is limited the Mens room needs attention but is functional, the actual location is a mile farther than Park Advisor pegs it so that is confusing , we enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Very nice owner, made room for us when everyone was full. Small place, nice store. Bathroom/shower desperately needs updating but better than nothing.

Family Owned And Convenient

Spent 3 nights here in June, 2018. Convenient to Covington and Clifton Forge, Virginia. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice little store. Full hookups not really satellitefriendly because of trees and mountain interference. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Owned

Small and family owned. Very nice people, helped us park in the rain. Did not use the bathroom facilities but spouse said the men’s was not well kept. They have a small store with good pizza and great ice cream.

Stayed there for months. Family owned and some of the best people . Shower house not great but wonderful management offsets that. Highly recommend

Very Nice Couple Running The Place.

We pulled in with no reservations and they were full but helped us with a spot. They did everything they could to make our stay here pleasant. I highly recommend this place. Good ice cream too.

It's a run down dump of a place if you ask me. You're better off at Douthat.

One of life's pleasant surprises, great park and wonderful ice cream parlor on site.
