Previous reviews pretty much cover our experience. The traffic on th adjoining main road was quite busy most of the time with many large diesel trucks. We enjoyed our 4 night stay traveling to Zions, No. Rim Grand Canyon, Bryce and Pipe Springs, NM.

Nice Family Rv Park

Very clean, nice pool. Lots of places to travel and explore near by. Sam travel club.

Overnight Delight

Wonderful spot to stop at, convenient, level spot (31) with shade. Close to road but after dark there is no traffic. Very clean and nice size. Enjoyed it a lot and will come back!

Great RV park - 4/22/20

We've stayed here several times. Good, fenced, grassy dog park, level sites. We did not have reservations and arrived after closing, yet an owner was at the driver's door before I had stopped. She checked me in and guided me to the site. This park is very clean. We did not use the facilities this time as we left in the morning. The exits have been fixed and leveled. The electric connection was iffy at first but connected after wiggling the connector. We will return.

Fabulous Stay

Best WiFi and bathrooms in the business!! We travel a lot for my husband's work and this place is a treasure. Grass and fenced dog area, no lie WiFi in every spot, and bathrooms you'd be proud to have in your home they're so clean. Kids and I enjoyed the pool. Centrally located for Lake Powell & Antelope Canyon, North Rim of the GC, Zion Nat Park, Bryce Canyon and just down the road from the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (free tour and see Angel Canyon). Was quoted on the phone same price we paid. Everyone we came in contact with was a pleasure. We hope to be back soon as there was so much to see!

Overnighter

Stayed on our return to Mesa. Cute little campground, staff extremely helpful. On busy street but after midnight quieted down. Our biggest con with this park Is the exit. It definitely needs a couple loads of rock to get over the curb. My God I thought we'd tip over. Would stay again but leave by different exit or use in entrance.

Wonderful Place

When we found out the North Rim of the Grand Canyon was still closed, we made plans to continue on to Kanab. The owners moved some spaces around to get us two pull thru sites. Sites are tight but not too tight. Great place to access Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP, but don’t miss some of the local attractions like the sand dunes and the caves.

Passing Through

‘‘This is a really nice place so don’t let the look of it from the street scare ya.. the minute we arrived were felt welcomed and was asked if we needed any help parking our trailer.. it looked tight but went right in. Everyone here was very pleasant and loved that it has grass and lots and lots of shade for the dog and us. Staying 3 nights but would stay here again and again.. I guess the only thing bad I could bad thing I could say is we had a little problem with the electric plug but it seemed to work after awhile! Take the trip and see pink coral sand dunes state park.

Ok

About $43/night with all the UT taxes. All clean and ok. Close enough to Bryce and Zion. Only complaint would be the drainage, it had snowed a week before and the site was very muddy. 3.5 stars, 4 if they'd had sufficient gravel to keep me up out of the mud, car/RV wash is nearby.

Zion NP

Don't miss the Pink Coral Sand Dunes State Park. The kids will love it! $8!! We were here in mid March and it snowed on us so we had to head south before we planned. Would love to come back to this Park and Kanab!!

Nov “17”. Stay here if your close to Kanab! Sites a close but the bath house is the nicest we had in our 29 day trip. Owners were managing the campground and were working on something every day we were there. Bathrooms are closed send everyday around 11:00 for cleaning and it showed the pride they take in owning a park. We’ll stay here again when in the area.

I gave this place a 3 1/2 stars. It's a nice "Stop & Go" RV Park... The staff was friendly, clean park, nice dog run, pool, and the WIFI is fast... Down side, 30 amp spaces were tight. 50 amps had some room. The main road was noise. This is the place to stay when passing through.

Awesome Place!

Ive stayed at all 3 RV parks in Kanab and this is by far the cleanest and friendliest one! The owner raved about the wifi, and it sure enough was fast! I dont think there is tent camping like the one other RV park by The Wave ticket office. Will stay again!

Bait And Switch

Called 10 days in advance quoted 36 a night. Called day of when on way here quoted 36. Pulled in tired and ready to set up....CHARGED 45 A NIGHT..DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

Lovely Park

Great park with nice facilities. We were in Kanab for the Greyhound Gathering, and couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. The owners were friendly and helpful. We loved that the park has a small, fenced in dog yard. Great wifi - I could stream Netflix with no lag. The park is within walking distance of nearly everything in town, and an easy drive to a number of National Parks. Be sure to make reservations - they're booked nearly every night during the busy season.

Great Stay New Owners

We had a great stay here. Clean restrooms and grounds. The owners are making many upgrades here and I was glad to support them, by staying here. It was a great Hone Base while we explored the area attractions.

Top in Kanab

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die sanitären Anlagen so wie die Umgebung waren sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Great Place Awesome Wifi

We only stayed for one night, but enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms, laundry room and overall rv park were very clean. The best wifi we have ever been connected up to the owner actually encouraged us to streem movies.

Delightful!

A lovely oasis and restful place to stay. Charming landscaping. Nice fenced dog walk area. Very clean and updated restrooms. Walk to town.

Exquisitely Manicured

They were the only RV spot to take our reservation while we were in Zion. This is important because you don't want to dry camp if you don't have to. Very clean and orderly. Dog area is great. Within walking distance to town of Kanab. Quite quiet for being on hwy 89. Spaces close but we didn't hear anyone. First level space we've encountered on our journey.

Amazing Place!!

This is a perfect spot to stay enroute to Zion or Bryce National Parks. The campground is IMMACULATE! Set up is quick and easy. The bathrooms and showers are the best public restrooms I've seen. There is also a laundry that is spotless.
