Hidden RV Oasis
Enjoyed this overnight stay just north of Pipe Springs N.M. They have 58 pull through sites with full hookups.
16 tent sites with water and fire pits.
Very good WiFi nice clubhouse with covered outside tables .
Site was long enough for my truck and 37' 5th wheel. I did disconnect as trailer needed to be lowered to be level.
I would have given it 5 stars if site was level and sewer connection was closer to the power and water connections. Not a big deal as only stayed one night and didn't need sewer.

Really lovely people running the campground. Beautiful facilities. Close to National Monument. Nice walking trail, but access to more trails would be nice. Beautiful setting.

Enjoyed my two night stay. Bathrooms, showers, and laundry room were spotless. Everything looked brand new. As an added bonus it thunder stormed every evening at sun down and cooled everything down. We will definitely recommend to our families & friends, and stay here again when in the area.

Nice Place
I was worried when I saw Kerry"s review. We had already made a reservation because this place was 5 stars across multiple RVing apps. We went ahead and when we saw the place extended from 2 to 7 days (max length of Passport America). At $12.50 a day for full hookups the PA price saved us almost $90 and paid for my 3 year renewal. The place was great, especially the spotless restrooms, laundry and showers. I think what Kerry may have experienced was because they just had the busiest year & Sept & Oct ever. The trash in the dog run area was full but not overflowing. The park is 95% desert and only a little grass. A small amount of grass was overgrown but it looked like there might have been a water pipe leak in that area causing the growth. Kerry was also there right before Grand Canyon north closed for the season & the entire area was slammed then. I saw some small bits of trash blowing which is typically for an area where the wind blows very hard in the desert. Overall we enjoyed it!

What happened? Stayed here several times over 3 years always clean.
Looks terriable, weeds everywhere, dead unmowed grass, garbage cans overflowing.

We stayed at this campground in the summer of 2019. It was our home base as we explored the Grand Canyon’s North Rim and Zion. The night sky was beautiful. Facilities were awesome. Our boys loved riding bikes in such a safe environment while I did laundry in a nice laundry room. Showers were outstanding. The staff was very nice.

Ditto To All The Positive Reviews
Campground and facilities are in really nice condition. Bathrooms were very well maintained, everything was clean and in good repair. We used Passport America. No shade for the summer, but a great place to stay in the fall/winter/spring.

Wonderful.
Been here a month Nov-Dec. Great hook ups, wifi and staff. Clean & maintained facility. Used PA. No cable or cell svc.
Will come back. Gas station has diesel 40cent/gal less than nearby towns.
44 miles to Hurricane or 24 miles to Kanab.

What a place! The sites ate top notch. The staff was wonderful. The rates are unbelievable. That said and by far the most amazing and memorable is the location. So much culture and reverence for all to experience.

Loved this campground. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. WiFi is good but they need a few repeaters for those of us on the ends. No phone connectivity unless you use WiFi calling and are close to clubhouse. We had lots of wind to roll dust around bit through all the difficulties we had a great time. We were there for 18 days and loved it.

First Class!
I confirm everything positive in the other reviews. The Wi-Fi here is the best we ever experienced. The staff is friendly, eager to please, and rightly proud of this place.
Don't miss the excellent Pipe Spring National Monument just down the street.

Good People
$25 for full hookups, 10% off Good Sams.
It'd be a great central location to camp for Zion and the North Rim, Bryce is 110 miles. Other sites nearby, I added a pic of distances to parks.
Sites are newer, gravel pull thrus. Easy in/out.

Great Park, Great Location, Great Staff!
Drive through, spacious, full hook up sites (all 30/50 amp); picnic areas with firepit grills every 4 or 5 sites. Spotless amenities, wash/dry $1.75 ea. Covered patio area behind Clubhouse has picnic tables and a firepit grill for gatherings. Free wi-fi is excellent. Cable TV in Clubhouse during office hours (8am to 6pm). Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. $25 per night full rate; Passport America very welcome. National Monument is across the road. Convenience store with well-priced gas (10c pg cheaper than St George!) at corner; 1/4 mile away. Quiet, great night skies. Good central location for day-tripping.

This is a nice campground! New clubhouse, everything is clean and the people are friendly.
Electric, water , sewer and WIFI work great. PA rate $12.50 per day up to 7 days. If they
are not busy you might be able to get an extension. Within daily driving distance of Grand Canyon
North rim and Bryce. Lots of gravel roads to explore if you have a jeep. We stayed 3 weeks is a class A.

Very impressed
Haibab Paiute RV & Campground is a hidden gem located in Northern Arizona. I was very apprehensive about coming here because I thought it was too far from Zion National Park. We are so happy we came here.
The park has approximately 60 full-hookup sites that accommodate big rigs like ours (44’ Toyhauler). Each Site has 20/30/50 amp, water and sewer. This entire park underwent a major renovation 9 months ago.
As a full-timer we depend on WiFi a lot. The park has the absolute best WiFi we have ever had. Cell phone reception is nonexistent but with WiFi calling, we had no problems.
The clubhouse, park and surrounding area is peaceful and nice.
The staff at the park are second to none. They bent over backyards for us to make sure our stay was good.
The park’s fees are $25 a night. Passport America price is $12.50 a night good for 7 nights or longer if the park is not full.

Found this place after too many hours of driving no reservations and they had space for us ended up spending three nights! It’s beautiful here! Staff is great and helpful! Laundry room vey clean did not use shower but looked very clean and well kept! This has been one of the best sites we’ve had in our two month road trip. And there’s plenty of things to do in the area also!

Looks new, plenty of spaces & great rates!! No shade trees, it's far enough off the main road I thought I had missed it, but it's just past Pipe Springs N.M.

What a great find. Been boondocking for a week at Zion so was ready for full hookups. They even let us use the kitchen to catch up on some baking. Very friendly staff. Like new facilities.

What a great place, immaculately clean, great showers, a laundry facility, and kitchen area. The host went out of his way to make us feel comfortable! He and others were out and about, cleaning, and working on the grounds. They always waved, and ask if they could do anything for us. We will definitely be back

New? And Clean
Seems like a newly opened campground so everything was new and clean. Theres no advertisements from the main road. You wont know till you drive up to Pipe Springs Monument. Very quiet as its pretty far from the main road. Pay at the gas station right before you turn in from 89. I didnt get any wifi signal. The RV sites didnt have benches or firepits was my only complaint. I just went across from my site to use it...theres wasnt anyone around anyways. Great place. Will stay again
