Name
The park is no longer a KOA. We live in the lake here. If you go into Goliad, a great lace to eat soup and sandwiches is the Blue Quail deli. They are famous for their jalapeño soup. I get it in a bread bowl.

Nice Park If You're In The Area
We have stayed here twice now. We have family in the area and bring our RV to this park when visiting. Nice big pull thru lots. Not much in the way of shade trees though. There's a decent restaurant on site (open Wednesday thru the weekend) that serves good fast food - pizza, burgers, wings. We've liked everything we've ordered. Clean restrooms.
It's right across the street from Coleto Creek Reservoir (separate facility so you'll have to pay to enter). Good lake for boating, kayaking, fishing, etc.
You're about halfway between Victoria and Goliad, so there's a 15 to 20 minute drive to get to any store. The Raisin Windmill convenience store is close by too, easy to get to.
Not necessarily a prime destination spot for us, but a nice park if you're in the area anyway or you are going to the lake.
