Clean, Convenient, And Friendly service
I highly recommend this park. I really like that it’s a gated community. I love there is a nice pool, picnic tables at every site, and laundry facilities with nice clean bathroom and showers with code to enter the facility, also there is a weight room, small community store. They have a phone number available to you whenever you need them. Oh and your pets are welcome dogs on a leash and there is a doggie park, and there are tons of activities in the area off hwy 289. I’m so glad when it rains my camper, cars, and walkways are not muddy follow the map to the lake just down the street.

Just Okay
Although this park is clean, nice level sites and has a friendly staff, it is inconvenient to get to. Way off the highway and narrow hilly roads.
You can walk to the lake from there, but you will be in a residential area and there’s dogs that come after you. Not a safe walk.
Went to the state park and it was differently over priced and rather pathetic.

Great Place!!
Me and my beautiful wife. Took a trip to the park for a great weekend. And this is one of the best Rv resorts I stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and organized. Thanks again for a great experience. We will be coming back..😁

This is the second time we have stayed here. PAUL and Lisa were very friendly and helpful. Shawn leads you to your site and will help you set up. Very clean park. Level concrete pads. Nice landscaping. Clean showers and restrooms. We had some mechanical difficulties with our 5th wheel and ended up staying two extra days. They were very helpful and patient with us as we had a mobile repair service come out from Dennison to make repairs so we could get back on the road. Nice place with good people. Will definitely stay here again.

A Cut Above
I’ve been on the road with a fifth wheel for the last 5 yrs. Seen most all Rv parks between Tennessee and Colorado. This park is definitely a cut above. The reviews below already describe it perfectly. Yes they have rules and yes they have check in times. But, they have a place well worth having them. I’ve stayed at one other campground in Arkansas that was at this level. Excellent. $64 for a deluxe site here is well worth the money. Will definitely stay here again if need be. By the way, the folks who run this park are as helpful and nice as they can be. Shame on anyone saying they aren’t. It’s not their fault if you can’t make things work out on your end. If you are looking for a place that has it all then head your RV of choice in this direction. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing Park
Can’t say enough about this campground, Lisa was very helpful on the phone, she even called on our way to check in with us due to running a little behind due to an accident on the freeway, once we got there Lisa went through everything, now I’ve read other reviews about their rules, which are not that bad and are for everyone’s safety, next paul and Sean where awesome, we have never been to a campground that took you straight to our site and set our rig up for us and connecting all hoses and power, even helped leveling front to rear. So thank you for making this a great weekend Lisa, Paul, and Sean, we will be back

Gated facility with interior wide concrete roads. Sites are concrete, long, & wide enough for a motorhome with tow. All sites are generously spaced with manicured grass between them. Depending on your chosen site, patios have a picnic bench to a patio table and chairs with a gas grill. The clubhouse has private individual showers/bathrooms, laundry room, and large lounge. Another building 24/7 with private individual showers/bathrooms will be completed in August which will include a fitness room & second laundry room. The RV Resort is beautiful and a well maintained park, and one of the best RV Parks in Texas. The owners are friendly & super helpful, and they are genuine people who take great pride in their park. What can I say but "EXCELLENT" and a must stay if you are here. Lake Texoma & Highport Marina are within two (2) miles of the RV Park. We camped at Lake Texoma RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Beautiful Park
This is one of the nicest, most clean parks we have ever visited. The sites are large with an expanse of concrete. The owners, Paul and Lisa, (and Sean) were friendly and helpful beyond belief. We will most definitely return to this park.

Appears They Do Not Want Guests
You’d better arrive by 5 PM or they can’t accommodate you.
You had better look at the map before you call to discussdiscuss a site because they are not very helpful.
Negative comment on the staff.
Will choose to not to ever stay at this resort.
