Immaculately Maintained
One of the nicest places you could ask for! Well manicured and utilities spaced just as they should be. Large concrete pads and new asphalt paving throughout.

Nice Overnight
Very cute park, beautiful tree like setting. Right on river. Close on and off freeway. Has a cute little store can get quite a bit from. Owner lives on premises, very nice. Only problem for me is train so loud, blows horn, ugh. And very active with trains all night. Couple times blowing horn so loud 330am almost fell out of bed so starled. Nice showers. Verizon worked great. Large cement pads. Road gravel.

Monthly
We stayed 2 months. Absolutely loved it. Hated leaving but we had to move on. We went fishing almost daily in the river. Gates got the $35 deposit gate remote got our money back when we left. I’d recommend it to anyone. We had the $750 spot all bills included. Free dish network. Free showers and restroom very clean. Cleaned daily. Has a store on site that’s cheaper than Walmart on some things. Other spots are $650 but we loved the spot we had. All friendly people there. Clean quiet other than the train but you get used to it. Absolutely beautiful and I don’t think there is a place nicer than this in any state. Seen deer a few times. 10mph strict so safe to walk. Everyone gets to know you. You could leave a hundred dollar bill on top of your car the whole time you are there and it would be there when you went to get it. Most people there live there.

Worth every penny
The rates seem a little high until you see it. This park is incredible. We were not disappointed.

Beautiful Place
We only stayed a night. Nice pull thru site enough for our Class C and toad. I’d say it’s 60’ long 20’ wide concrete And level
Nice spot to stop and very clean neat park. Good for kids and camping with cabins.

Nice Enough
The park was really laid out nicely. Lots of permanent people, but everything was kept up. The bathrooms and showers were nice too. Cement slabs made everything easy to level. Updated electric and water. Only reason I wont be back is the train. It is RIGHT beside the park, and it sounds it's horn several times during the night!

Great place to rest. We were greeted immediately and pleasantly. The sites are large, level cement. Roads are gravel. There is plenty of space between each site. The bathrooms and showers are new and clean. Yes, the park is on a railroad, but we were not bothered by the noise, slept very well. Will definitely come back again !

Not Too Friendly
A very nice roomy Park, but had an immediate confrontation with the owner who claimed I wasn’t cleaning up after my pet, which was totally not true. I’ve never left any poop in any park, nor would I leave a mess or destroy someone else’s property. Even after explaining this he was still arrogant and unapologetic. They also advertised cable, but had none, and failed to notify us that the grass was full of very sharp burrs that dug into my dogs feet. Stay away from this one if you have pets.

Very Scenic
This place is very beautiful, however it is more of a residential RV park than a transient one. Very close to a very active railroad track and is very noisy at night. Clean bathroom, clean showers, store on site, good pricing.
