Drive onto the hard packed sand beach, pick a spot above the high tide mark, and you are living the life! Very few there off season, though a few come for a days fishing. Rangers patrol several times a day, so it seems plenty safe.

Drive right onto the hard-packed sand and camp right on the beach with the ocean just steps away from your door. Great sunrises and bird watching. I've read some people saying there is a fee here, but there is not. It's completely free for up to 14 days. The turn in is also before the ranger station where you would need to pay an entrance fee to access the more southern parts of the beach. Was able to drive my 2wd 21 ft C class motorhome with no trouble. You can have fires on the beach as well. Just lovely.

Great place to camp. We brought our 37’ fifth wheel and drove right on the beach. It wasn’t busy when we were there last January. They made us fill out our info but didn’t charge us anything when we were there, probable because the weather wasn’t the greatest. I think it was $8 for a week or a 14 day pass. The closest camper was probably 1/4 mile or more away. Stay as far away from the water as possible as tide comes way up the beach. Keep up on the tide schedules. Would definitely go back.

Narrow along beach...8$ nitely...or half off Senoir NP pass. You've got the ocean right out your window. You can easily walk a mile or 2 on beach. Nice..
