Terrible Management.

If you like to be ripped off then this is the place for you. They've tried adding on extra costs that weren't mentioned before hand. They've told us they won't pro-rate the month we are leaving when they pro-rated our move in month. This place has terrible management. Also the sewer plant down the street smell pretty bad all the time. The laundry is half ass. If to many of the machines are on it flips the breaker and shuts them all off. They have a problem with shutting off the water or electricity for hours at a time without letting people know. The price here is cheap and your gonna get cheap service. They can't figure out how to keep the pool from turning green. I guess pool chemical is a mystery. Also look out for damages on trailers and vehicles when they mow the grass.
