I Wouldn't Bother

Went to check out the place since we live about 2 hrs away before hauling the rv that way and was not impressed at all! Needed ALOT of up keep! And rds were bad. The place seemed dirty. Family and I just left with no intention to go back.

Great place

We were very happy with our stay here. Beautiful resort with great landscape. Near the water and very quiet. All residents and staff were very friendly. We only stayed four nights, but it appears that there are plenty of activities going on every day. It is a bit of a drive to closest towns, but wasn't a problem. Would stay here again.

Great Park

We stayed a week here in late February. It is far off Highway 77, but well worth it as it is quiet, right next to Baffin Bay, a small park, is spacious with some nice views. The pull throughs are not full hookups, but the office has portable waste tanks that they will loan you free of charge. They are adapted with a tonge to fit on your tailgate hitch. The pull throughs have lovely views of the water and a meadow, unless you get too close to the sewage treatment plant that gives off some not so nice odors once in awhile. This park will spoil you for other parks that jam everyone in too close together. Wonderfully maintained bath houses with codes for entry and plenty of hot water. The winter Texans here are very nice and many of them come back year after year. The only draw back is that you are fairly isolated and to go to the grocery it is 20 miles to Kingsville. Lovely place to ride bikes. We would gladly stay here again. Passport America...$20.00 a night.

Lovely Find

We’re so glad we took a chance on this park. It was with hesitation that we ventured 9 miles off the highway for a one night stay. Now I wish we could stay longer. The grounds are immaculate, sites are very large, water views, full hookups & we get several clear tv stations with an antenna. We will gladly return for a longer stay.
