Nice park

Very nice clean park, pull thru site, everything concrete except lake and Grass area. Dumpster at entrance of park so if your site is at the back long walk. As for dog park, the one at the back of the park (where we were, site 50) is long dark (no sunlight due to trees) muddy and about 6’ wide. I wouldn’t let my girls off leash. Fire Ants so be careful where you step. Close to George Bush Airport but could not hear any aircraft noise. Lots of extended stay but areas well kept. Would stay here again

Great People. Great Stay

Enjoyed a few might next to the lake before moving to a corner spot on the main circle. Right across from the outdoor kitchen. Great rev room and super clean bathrooms. Frances and Gary are great hosts and take pride in a great facility. The local residents even invited us out for karaoke at a local bar. Walking distance to plenty of food and stores. Good times. Highly recommend.

Nice Amenities

Price: waterfront $760/month + electric. The good: nice computer room, workout equipment, and showers. Free cable, coffee, & popcorn. Very nice friendly staff. Pet friendly. The not-so-good: wifi is terrible. Frequent LOUD train whistles, less frequent but also loud jets taking off from G.Bush airport close by. Definitely need earplugs to sleep. Laundry a bit pricey at $3.25 per wash. Residents frequently don't pickup after their dogs=gross!!
