Pricey Due To Amenities
Newly expanded with lots of new pads. Many not level. The $78+ gets you a slim pad with FHU. No grill or picnic table. You have to pay more for larger pad, fire pit and or table. It was quiet enough. Restroom facilities very nice. Did not check out the laundry but assume it is pricier than the normal as well. Staff are nice and accommodating. Nice pool, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard lanes, community room.

One Night
We stayed at this RV park for one night due to having some RV repair done down the road. The park is in a residential area and the roads to get to the park are very narrow. The roads both ways to get to the RV park are a mess. The park has some nice facilities we did not use them. The roads inside the park are narrow and hard to make turns. The pads are okay but site #55 was slanted heavily and had to use blocks to level the coach. The biggest issue here for years to come is that a home building company has come in and has leveled the land next to them and there were huge machines chewing up the trees which the noise level was extremely high. So the building of new homes will be going on for years to come. Noise level will be off the chart. If you can deal with all the building that will be going on then then is the place for you.

Awesome
Stay at Rayford for 5 month while working the Harvey Disaster. This is an awesome resort. This was our first experience in RV camping/living. The staff and other camper really took us in and made us family. We will definitely go back to Rayford if we’re in the area and plan on just making a visit back to see the crew again.

Nice Park
Very well maintained and managed nice little park in a good location close to TheWoodlands and Old Spring. Pool area is clean and pretty with some covered areas. All sites are paved with picnic tables. Space between sites is adequate with some shade trees. Our group really enjoyed the visit!

Excellent
This park is probably one of if not the best I have seen. The site are all concrete, the pool and hot tub are clean and inviting, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
This was an all around great time and I would suggest this park to anyone.
