Come enjoy a nightly, weekly or monthly stay here in the Piney Woods of East Texas. All sites have 30A and 50A hook ups, cable, wifi, water and sewer. Located next to the Valero gas station, off I-20, Exit 604. Laundrymat open 24/7, propane fill up (RV or bottles) during office hours, restroom and shower facilities available. Rec Hall available for rental, full kitchen, large meeting room (appx 30-40 people). We look forward to seeing you!

Not Bad

Only got to stay one night and that was after pulling in late in the afternoon. The staff was super friendly. The laundry room was very nice and bathrooms were clean. Wasn’t real pleased with where they put me because it was face to face with another camper, which appeared to be a full time resident. But was only for a night. Would stay again if in the area.

Nice Place

Cost was $ 24.30 with Good Sam discount, 22' motor coach with no towable. Wasn't able to sign onto wifi but was told two step process & couldn't get our devices to the next step. Clean park with some full timers. Plenty of shade. Near I20 and a gas station so little noisy. Would come by again.
