Great Place For A Weekend
First, almost every site will accommodate the largest of trailers, we have a 40ft bumper pull. The pads are flat and level, we do not have leveling Jack's just stabilizers and did not have to get out the blocks. Some sites are even double wide. We both have 3/4 ton trucks and could park in those. Water pressure is good, almost too good as there is no sewer, just dump stations. They have several sites that are on the water. Actual coverings on their picnic tables. Was well maintained. Theres only 4 spots here that were a hard no because of their orientation in the trees and we wouldn't be able to deploy our awning..... that's it. Plenty of trails, boat ramp and a kayak/canoe launch also. This place is popular and your best option for a reservation is to call in well in advance as this place is popular. The website is not accurate but the staff is very good about getting you booked. They do have sewer on some sites, none on the water. Definitely a weekend warrior location, firewood avail

Great Place!
Beautiful clean camp ground. This the best one in the area. Well worth the price. Large campsites is a big plus. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Very Nice Park!
Very close to the city so you can run to the store if needed. The campsites were all clean and had everything that you needed, except direct sewage. Picnic table, fire pit and easy lake access...very nice. I would definitely recommend Loyd Park to RVer's, it won't dissapoint! The only drawback to our entire trip is that we were charged an additional $20 vehicle fee after already paying $80 for two nights online. This came as a SHOCK and was the only negative for our entire stay. They should definitely let everyone know ahead of time that you will have an additional vehicle fee when entering the park with you travel trailer... otherwise I would have paid that fee online. Other than that "surprise", I would give it 5 stars.

Nice Getaway
Like previous reviews mentioned...water and 30A only, dump station on the road out. Good sized lots, grill, fire ring, and picnic table at each site. Even with early July, there were a few open sites on our loop. Lots of kiddie activities, playground, lake beach, Boat ramps, friendly folks. Some Covid restrictions in place such as the store is curbside delivery only. Have to phone your order in. All in all, relaxing weekend with the grandkids.

Nice Place
Sites are paved and have their own picnic table. Right on the lake. $20 a night, $10 car entrance fee. Water/electric only. Only thing we did not like were the showers because it runs on a push button and hardly gave any water in one push.

Stopped for the night on the way threw. Very nice park with large sites. We were traveling with 2 large dogs so they put us away from anyone else and in a large wooded spot without me asking. Great park very close to Dallas and Fort Worth. We got a basic site that has 30 amp and water, covered picnic table, grill and fire pit. Highly suggest this park for those who are not interested in the RV park experience. I assume it would be very crowded in the summer.

Very Nice park, we parked on the lake. People were very friendly. We wished we lived closer so we could use this park often. There is an extra charge per day for the car, if senior it's 2.00 per person

Spaces and sites are large, lake is awesome. Road driving is a little narrow, put your game face on but well worth it. I didn't give it 5 stars due to community dump station instead of site sewer. Shade Covers tables, lots of shade, fire pit.
