Running Down Quickly
Stayed here numerous times over the last 5-6 years and much of the park is deteriorating rapidly. The main camping spaces (not premium) are very tight. There is NO grass in the main camping area. There are plenty of dead, dry leaves that management refuses to gather up because the entire area would be a muddy mess. So much debris is on the ground your RV will get filthy. Or, you could have the excitement of a campfire lighting all the leaves. The premium spaces are nice, but NO trees, so not comfortable May-September In Texas.
Lots for the young kids to do. Swim, water park, maze, paint-ball, basketball, foosball, hiking, petting zoo, dog park, playground and a bunch of organized activities. This place is EXPENSIVE. Many activities have additional fees.
If approaching from the south on I-35W, the exit can be hazardous. The deceleration lane is short and has a sharp turn. Be careful.

Not Fantastic
We have stayed here twice the first time we stayed in cabins and the second time we brought our RV. Our daughter had a good time both times however management doesn’t seem to understand everything necessary to run by the water park and RV park and cabins. This place is also extremely expensive for what it is if I were you I would wander on down 35 a little further and find some awesome RV resorts out there. Also make sure that you plug in a surge protector at jelly stone as the electricians do not seem to know how to wire RV plugs.

Enjoyed Our Stay
We went in Oct, so the water park was closed. Still, there was plenty to do. We had a red carpet site which w we s huge, had a table, firepit, etc. The cons: it is VERY expensive and needs some cleaning up. There are are piles of "stuff" that could be covered or stored and the showers, while very new, were not clean.
However, we plan to stay again!

Okay For A Children’s Camping Theme Park
The problem with this place is that even when you explain to the reservation person that your unit is 42 feet and you are pulling a 22 foot trailer, they give you a space that was so tight that I could barely thread my RV through the extremely large trees planted way close. The spaces are so close together that slide outs were only about 6 feet from the trailer next to you. Believe it or not, with a fire pit right in the middle of the close space between slide outs. Maybe the reservation taker should be trained to know works and what doesn’t. NOT a place for large pull-thru needs.

Great stay
We went here for our 1st ever rv camping trip. This place made us thankful for purchasing our camper. Staff was great. RV red carpet area was so clean. Our kids are ready to go back. Get the golf cart for easy access to the entire park.

Tent Camping
Decent place. No amenities for tent campers, also overpriced for the 3 days we stayed. (165.00). But we were close to what we wanted to do so...
