We sorta long term stay. 5 months outta the year. Love the quiet. Folks are friendly. Keep to themselves for the most part. Small river in walking distance. We look forward to return

FYI they don't tell you when you call that if your camper is more than 10 yrs old you will need a certificate that it has been inspected. Never had to deal with this in a rv park before don't know if it a South Texas thing or what but in West Texas you don't have to have that. It's just pretty crappy that they could have told you on the phone instead of making drive out there to find out!
