Kept The Camper Here For 10 Days
Kept the camper here while we stayed with family. Pricier than what we needed, but location and availability made the difference. Lots of long term folks here but they didn’t make trouble. There’s a dog park. Can’t speak to the laundry and showers as we never used them. Overall not bad, but it’s not a destination.

Don't trust what they tell you over the phone make sure you get the name of who you talked to. On 03/03/21 we called to book a site for two night no problem the women said I have your name and phone number, on 03/06 got to the campground and only had one night available. ? we went somewhere else for two nights.

Only Stayed One Night
The location was great if you want to visit the Austin TX area. Sites are close and the park is fairly full. We were there when Covid restrictions were in place and only over night so we didn't see the facilities. Site was level and had a nice patio with small table and chairs. Lots of long term folks but all in RVs. Passport America discount so only $20 for the night with full hookups. I would like to spend more time here. Staff and service was great.

Great Park
These people went the extra mile for us. Be advised that this is a very large park with a semi permanent community. Recommend.

Very nice park. The only reason I'm giving a 4 is no pool. The driveways are paved and there wasn't a lot of dust. Things are well maintained.

Muddy Mess
They put us in a new section of the park and it was raining. Lots of mud and gravel that stuck to everything. What a mess. I'm sure it would be better during dry conditions but we were not happy tracking mud into our new fifth wheel. Rate is Passport America.

Happy Camper
This is a lovely park that is in a great location just on the northern edge of Georgetown. Berry Springs Park is right across the street and us a lovely park with a lot of trails to explore, a lake and a crystal clear creek to enjoy. The is lots to do in the area. The sites are well spaced some with trees and all have a concrete patio with a picnic table. The restroons/showers are very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good sized laundry room with 6 washers and 6 dryers. We will definetly stay here again when we visit this area.
