$14
The accurate price for a night stay at Mustang is $14. If you have a National parks access pass it is reduced by 50% making it $7 a night. The entrance to the park has a gate and pay station. Follow signs from main road and you will have no issues.

Quiet And Scenic
This is also Bear Creek. Beat Creek has RV sites and Mustang has the swim beach and primitive camping. The green area on the app map is Mustang. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very few other campers so I had a great pick of campsites. Lake is low in the summer to supply Fort Worth during dry season. Close to town but still isolated. Clean showers and restrooms near group campsites. Lots of wildlife.

Primitive Camping Only
Located due east of the Bear Creek Campground and connected by the Peninsula Road which is usually closed on both ends by locked gates. The dump station is nicer than the one at Bear Creek but can and may be locked off with gates on both ends. Two boat ramps and a long peninsula for shore fishing.
Signage on all COE lake facilities here is spotty and locations on Google maps in the app are frequently inaccurate and especially so for Mustang Park.
Here is the correct Lat/long for the camp gate.

Incorrect information on map. Mustang park is located at intersection of Winscott-Plover & Ben Day Murrin.
