Concur with previous review...definitely not recommend. Pulled in...park was absolutely empty and run down. Called from parking lot as it was after 6pm and office looked closed. Owner answered and was very sarcastic/grouchy saying’ I’ve been sitting here for past 2hour!’ Upon entry into office My husband asked if we could get a site , owners reply was “what are you waiting for...a shake down!?”. We decided not worth staying with such an angry person. No wonder it was empty...don’t stay unless you like unprovoked angry confrontations. I have never been so offended...from a place of business.

I would never recommend this RV Park. It is a bit run down but that is not the issue. The guy running the place is the most rudest, meanest person both my husband and I have ever met!!! We will NEVER stay there again! The guy was incredibly sarcastic, negative, and extremely intimidating! The place was relatively empty and we can see why! Not worth the harassment!

Not Bad Not Fancy

This place is showing its age, kinda like me. Campsites are level and clean. The laundry is elderly, but clean, and as far as I could tell, all the machines work. The dryer actually got my clothes dry. The place has cable TV at every site and WiFi too although I don't use any of those. David, the owner, is a friendly guy. Air Force Vietnam vet. He was very helpful. Reasonable price at. $24. I won't hesitate to stay here again, but bear in mind that I'm a guy accustomed to living in some pretty primitive conditions. So if you are someone who wants fancy, you need to check it out before you decide. The landscape has some of the biggest agave cactus I've ever seen.

David was very helpful, friendly, and is a wealth of information. Spot was level. Felt a little tight at entrance, but we made it with no problems. Nice little RV park.

Very nice even though sites are small. Beautiful blue agave plants and the proprietor was very friendly. Very reasonably priced.
