Very Nice

Nice place to go, very quiet and peaceful, you can go horse back riding, there is a huge spring fed pond to fish in or even kayak in. The owners are very nice and friendly. They even have a pool if you wanna take a dip and just don't want to go into the pond. Check it out. Very affordable as well.

Very Friendly

The owners here are so nice and accommodating. They are enhancing the rv spots for gravel and concrete pads. The grass spots can be in level. They have a great ranch, showers, a pool and a pond. Hookups are 50 amp. Some have sewer, some electric and water only. If you need a 50-30 amp converter, they have some for use with a deposit
