Great Stop

We’ve stayed here several times in the past and is always our go to spot on this route. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Sites are spacious and on solid base. We stayed shortly after a major storm which did significant damage and Jason kept apologizing for the grass not being pristine because the ground was so wet, it was still nice. A little far from shopping or restaurants but we didn’t need those.

Jason is the owner. Great for longterm stays. The facility is kept up. Its quite, nicely located has clean showers and laundry rooms.

Stayed one night and such a nice place.. Price was good and so well maintained. Will stop and stay again

Very nice place, very clean and comfortable.

Very Very Nice Park

Full hook-up, private rest room, pets on, HEATED pool! Arrived late to a very welcoming sign on the office door that read " pick a site, make yourselves at home and come see us in the morning." Met some very nice people at the pool. This place is well kept, clean and has a feeling of safety. Not hard to find and big enough for a pretty big rig. Sites are well placed and some have trees for shade. Better than every KOA I have seen from Denver to Texas. This park feels like home. It is a Wednesday and there are many empty sites...too many... This place is to nice to be passed up for some dump in Dallas. If your passing through and need a nice restful stay that's not too expensive I would highly recommend this park.

Great Place To Stay

Our first time to visit "First Monday" in Canton. The campgrounds were extremely well kept and the staff very friendly. Easy access to I-20 and less than 10 minutes to the fleamarket.

Great Overnight Stay

Quiet and clean. Level, gravel sites. Nice pool for the kids. Friendly staff.

Great place to stop Beautiful and Relaxing Place. If my Travels bring me back We will definitely stay here.
