TRAIN WHISTLE ALL NIGHT! The train passes every hour and blows the whistle for 3 seconds at every single road. Lots of mobile homes. Not in a great area. Just stopped for one night. No WiFi, you are not allowed to walk your dog around the park, only on your lot. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. She made change so we could do laundry. The laundry was in an older building but the machines were professional grade and did very well. Cost $1 for wash and 50$ for drying, plus there was a line if you wanted to hang clothes. The site is nothing fancy, just a cement slab , but there was full hookups, which was welcome on a very hot day. The only down was it was hard to find, the GPS was confused, the entrance is off Alameda Ave, the faded sign on the east side of the road was hard to see. In conclusion, for $25 it was a great place to stay overnight.
