Great place to stay! Sites are very spacious and area C, where we stayed is situated in a hundred year old pecan tree grove. Beautiful! The pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and they currently have limited 50 amps sites. They are however currently adding 100 new full hook up, 50 amp, pull through sites

Nice Getaway

Nice place. Close enough to civilization but far enough to feel like your not. The best bathrooms since Buckeyes. Small enough for the non adventurous to feel like they have climbed a mountain. Friendly staff and family friendly. My only complaint is that there were not enough full hook ups.

Awesome Place.

Had some things to do in this area and just happened to look this place up online. Reviews were good so we took a chance and sure enough the reviews were right. This RV park is awesome, very quiet and peaceful. True the full hook up sites are full but it's not a huge deal for us. We only need 30amp electric and the shower house here is very nice and clean so that saves us on filling our grey tank so quickly. This family of four can easily make it all weekend without needing to dump until we leave. We will definitely be back here, the staff is also very friendly.

Lack Of Full Hookup Sites

Place has great potential. Only problem is more than half the sites don’t have sewer hookups. The ones that do are occupied by long term or permanent campers. The 50 amp service at the river view campsites doesn’t work because there is somehow not enough electrical power to use 50 amp “all the way down there.” So glad we paid for a TT membership and made reservations several months in advance to get stuck at a 30 amp site without sewer.

We have enjoyed our stay the nicest thousand trails we have been at in texas we have been to 5 others so far this year but it's the best yet

Great place place to stay bathrooms were outstanding in the bath house indoor jacuzzi for adults only Putt-Putt course all kinds of things to do
