The managers are very nice people who want to make for stay enjoyable. They able to find extra space for my cargo trailer and extra vehicles. The park is nice and clean with average to large sites. The laundromat was very clean with all machines up and running. Stopped for an overnight, but would stay longer if we could. 40’DP towing 7x14 cargo trailer. Nice park.

Rambling Randy
Really nice clean well kept park. Stayed 3 days. Very clean bathrooms. Like home. Well, I have to lower my rating, I was charged for a day I couldn't get here because of the historic ice storm. Called to cancel because I10 was shut down. They charged me anyway. Too bad money is more important to some people than honor.

Very Nice Place
Everything here is clean, bathroom recently remodeled, laundry clean. Local owners very helpful, park managers very helpful. Only issue is road noise from I 10 and trains run regularly with a crossing near by.

Nice And Friendly
Called in the am, they had spacefor us to stay the night. Large level gravel space. Hookups close. We were able to pull thru and stay hooked up to the truck with our 38 foot bumper pull. Easy access, right off the I 10. Staff super friendly gave us a gift from a local candy vendor.

Best Camp Ground So Far
I work on the road for a living. When my job transferred me near Columbus I started looking for a well priced and nicely kept place. For I knew I would be there for months if not a year. Whispering oaks was it! Mrs Liz and her husband keep a very nice and clean place. SUPER nice people and would make you feel at home.

Great Park
We have stayed here multiple times. It is a small well kept park. It is surprising hiw quicker it is even though is right on I10.

Great Place to Stop
Liz is one of a kind, very friendly and helpful. We stopped in Oct. 2018 and they had a lot of rain. It was like a lake. We stopped this May 2019 and they had filled the sites with rock, they were level and easy to pull into. Will stay there anytime we are in the area of Columbus, Tx

First review but I had to do it. On our way to Destin FL from SD and these folks are really good hosts. Nice park, loved the historic painted churches nearby and historic hotels etc in the area. Nice level sites, we walked around the park in the evening getting some needed exercise after being on the road so much. Easy off and on for I-10. Will stay again.

This has always been a great park. Nice full hookup sites. New owners have made some great upgrades. Loved previous owners, but the new owners have stepped up and exceeded expectations

Friendly Park
Stayed two nights for a rest break before heading into Houston. Liz and her husband were super friendly and accomodating. They let me pick my spot, picked F7 under a huge oak tree. sites are gravel pull thrus and level. Very nice, clean, and peaceful except for train noise several times during the day and night, which I got used to.

Awesome
Place is clean and well maintained. Price is right and WiFi is fast. I highly recommend. Staff is great, polite, helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay again.
